I was quite stunned and honoured when the conductor of Berlin Radio Choir contacted me and told they wished to perform my choir arrangement 🌻 It will happen tomorrow, 16th November 2022, in Heimathafen Neukölln, Berlin. The theme of the concert is ”Coming To Berlin” – discussing and performing music by composers, whose work was heavily influenced by them living in Berlin in different eras. I’m thrilled they will be singing this arrangement of David Bowie’s legendary Heroes right beside classical pieces by for example Schönberg and C.P. Emanuel Bach.

I originally arranged Heroes for a choir called Musta Lammas in 2017, conducted by my dear friend Ida Olsonen. You can see below their performance at the international choir competition in Aarhus Vocal Festival.
